Risk model complex and connected infrastructure systems

key words: risk of not working, interindustry flow

Summary:

The authors attempt to apply the Leontief’s interindustry flow model to demonstrate and determine the risk of not working of connected elements of technical infrastructure in individual area, without pointing to its kind (rural or municipal area). They determine the unfitness notion according to Leontief. Following a brief but adequate description of the method and defining the system alternative, the Authors solve two numerical examples providing the necessary mathematical apparatus which may be used in practice.
