Summary:
This paper presents the ownership right to real estate evolution in Poland, methodical aspects of its establishing and the way of the legal status regarding the real estates registration in consideration of its relations with cadastre. The re-searches on the establishing of the legal status regarding the real estates which are purchasing to the benefit of the State Treasure based on the real estates in Wróblówka, Stare Bystre, Rogoźnik and Ludźmierz villages in Nowy Targ district. That real estates are subjected on the article 73 of the Act from 1998 year.
