Summary:

The aim of the thesis is to discuss the issue concerning the selection of market characteristics influencing the value of the real estate with reference to properties where a land exemption from an agricultural and forest use constitutes an obligation and, above all, answer the question: "Do the costs connected with it significantly affect the formation of the price level of such properties?". Moreover, this article discusses issues concerning the formation of particular fees depending on the market where the property is located.
