Summary:

Geodata management (including photogrammetric data) and making them
accessible in the member countries of the European Union takes place on different
principles. The paper presents the operation of Internet portals in Poland and
some other Federal States of Germany (Thuringia and Bavaria) where surveying
data are made available in accordance with the INSPIRE directive. The contents
of functioning there internet portals in compared, with particular emphasis on the
accessibility of photogrammetric data.
