In this paper will be provided directions and trends of the natural environ-ment covering: arable land, pastures and forests in 44 villages of rural district Brzozów. Tests are conducted on the basis of the data contained in the Austrian cadastre ground and the current records of land and bulidings. Size of these changes are determined by socio-economic and demographic conditions, which existed in this area. Determine the size and directions of possible changes in the natural environment reveals the defect occuring in the current pattern of ground-water use,that must be eliminated in the comprehensive merge works. ...
The a of this study is to determine the extent of fragmentation of land in the villages of the district in the province brzozowski in voivodeship podkarpackie. The study included all 44 villages located in the district, in which number of par-cels and their areas within fixed ranges, have been determined. Isolated 6 groups of parcels from the aspect of their areas in 44 villages is very different rated. The study was run on the basis on data from grounds and buildings register. Defects in shape agricultural space can be eliminated by further consolidating and compre-hensive exchange of land. ...
In a study of phenomena of space - rural economic apply the aggregation of individual villages in larger units due to the typological similarity of adopted characteristics. This classification was used in the development of methods for estimation of land for the purpose of the work of integration and exchange of land. As a functional classification may be a better use in business practice by bringing its number one in terms of production value than the rate coefficient bonitations soils.From this condition is apparent purpose, which is to calculate the index of the suitability of arable land and grassland for the separation of similar villagesin this regard. The study was conducted in 44 villages of the district located Brzozow province Podkarpackie. Data of particular classes of land surface was obtained from records of land and buildings, and the base to calculate the spot size was attributed to a 100 point scale work.

Agricultural lands of the Podkarpackie Province are characterized by big fragmentation, small areas of plots, often about shapeless forms. The system of roads doesn't guarantee the access required for agricultural machines. Occurrence of plot patchwork is one of significant factors having a negative influence on the organization and level of agricultural production. Those plots are located within the area of a village where their owners live but they can be also found beyond it. Grounds located in the external plot patchwork are in the pos-session of villagers as well as of commune and town dwellers. Inhabitants of ad-ministrative, service, industrial or cultural and educational centres are mainly legal heirs of parents who lived in the country or emigrated to cities. However, it is necessary to mention non-resident owners who have bought building lots in the country due to attractive location and prices. Research conducted so far allowed to specify the influence of cultural and administrative as well as industrial and service centers on the size of plots in external patchwork. In the paper the sizes of crumbling individual grounds in villages of the administrative district Brzozów were introduced in support about synthetic coeffi-cient of the crumbling plots. Counted coefficient of crumbling plots for every village permitted on emission of 4 types of village.
