Calculating the adiacent payment as a result of the division of the real estate as the sign of the correct real estate management

Real estate management is one of significant dimensions of functioning of the entire country. Special liking in real estates, manifesting itself in desire for having them, is finding justifying in the fact that economic and investment ownerships are being assigned to them. Real estates are hiding the income potentialwhich it is possible to use up under the condition of actually taken action in themselves. They must be concentrated on achieving the best benefits possibly at the simultaneous optimal use of their advantages. It means that for the optimal use an appropriately selected strategy of the management is essential for the real estate. So the management of real estates determines relations and procedures of which real estates, but rational developing being aimed the space surrounding us are an object. Completion of all planned changes in the field it is a remaining issue in legal and geodetic activities which also constitute the aspect of the real estate management. So it is obvious, that a management of real estates isn't only regulations and administrative and the aspect associated with the evaluation of the real estate, but also geodetic procedures. Use of classical cadastral map at basic surveying work

Currently performance of geodesy is characterized by a computerization and informatization. Even the simplest job cannot be done without even the small-est share of digital methods. Sometimes, however, a surveyor must make use of archival materials, including classical evidential maps. Often it turns out, that it is necessary to process such data to digital form. In the case of paper maps, matrices, and manuscript, it is not difficult. However, it requires, from the con-tractor, the knowledge of potential hazards in case of inability to perform such a procedure. Classical maps, of course, should be scan and then calibrate, i.e. to transform the system in which development is to be made. The aim of the authors, who present the issue in light of the fundamental work of surveying, is to show how difficult it is to truly prepare maps in digital format and to protect surveyingcontractor against too much confidence to the re-sults obtained without confronting them with reality.     ...

Analysis of documentation land cadaster former commune Hrebenne

Land cadaster in the form of maps and registers created for the purposes of charging and collecting property taxes, was binding on Polish territory since the late XVIII and early XIX century. As a result of amend in this area a register of land and buildings is now in force. There are information about spatial structure and legal property status recorded. Issue of legal status recorded in existing mortgage books is often in conflict with provisions registration of land and buildings. In the Austrian zone ought to have regard to information contained in records of former land cadaster. Determining legal status of property and identifying those rights is difficult. Registries at ancient mortgage books and data resulting from cadastral maps are often the only reliable source of information about property state before World War II. Appropriate use land cadaster documentation can bring measureable results - not only on modernization of register land and buildings, but also in regulating legal status of estates.
